New Construction Loans:

For real estate investors who are looking to purchase a vacant lot or tear down property and build new construction. Property types for this loan product are typically single-family and 2-4 unit residential properties.

Bridge Loans:

A bridge loan is a short-term, secured loan designed to "bridge the gap" between the purchase of a new property and the sale of an existing one, or to provide immediate financing while waiting for long-term funding.
