Non-owner occupied residential and commercial investment properties

Locations:

Massachusetts and greater New England region

Loan Terms:

12 months (no prepayment penalty)

Interest Rates:

10.0% - 12.0% (monthly interest only payments)

Loan To Value (LTV):

Up to 70% of the as complete or After Repair Value (ARV)

Origination Fee (loan points):

2% - 2.5%

Closing Timing:

7-10 Business days

Lien Position:

1st lien only

Appraisal:

No appraisal requirement
